This song makes me want to be pulled up close to a steaming hunk of man and dipped, turned, and spun in a hot ass tango. Roxanne is an amazing song and Mariano Mores totally outdid himself when he adapted it into a tango for Moulin Rouge. In fact, this song is probably single handedly responsible for me watching that movie more then once.
This version features Jacek Koman singing the original Roxanne lyrics and Ewan McGregor singing on top of him. I love how gritty Jacek’s voice is…that voice alone makes him eligible to be the aforementioned hunk of man I was speaking about.
