so this is the hip-hop project from mike shinoda of linkin park. i really like the production on this song. it seems pretty sparse but what’s there works really well. i especially like the vocal/chorus/key thing in the hook section. the subject matter is handled in an interesting way too. comparing rap to cigarettes, the rhymes seem well thought out.
