i wanted to post this song the moment i heard it. well, i knew i wanted to post it the moment i heard it. i wanted to play it a few more times, first. i really like the song’s energy. i think that sells it more than anything. it’s got this buoyant, driving rhythm that are enhanced by the vocalists light touch. and there’s so much going on. so many sounds. i think that’s a plus. too often the electronic music i hear sounds a bit thin. it’s hard for me to explain what i mean. maybe it’s enough to say that this song has a bit of heft to it. there are layers upon layers of sound. it’s a wonderful mix. as always, i hope you enjoy this as much as i do.
