Jet - Cold Hard Bitch
I usually try to avoid a lot of profanity on here mostly because I’m not sure how many young readers we have. That said, Cold Hard Bitch is one of my favorite Jet songs. Its funny. And accurate. Some people are just bitches.
Take my roommate for example. Not a bitch, but continuously sports what everyone has nicknamed the “bitch face”. Its that expression that, while seemingly neutral to the wearer, appears standoffish and mean to strangers. As a result, people that don’t know my dear roomie very well but who frequent the same spots are consistantly under the impression of not being liked. Its kiiinda hysterical.
I’m not sure where I was going with that…but talking about bitches reminded me of Bitch Face. So yea…the moral of the story is don’t judge a book by its cover. BUT if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, it PROBABLY is a duck. And if it isn’t a duck, well…it shouldn’t be surprised when it is often confused for a duck. Mostly - all that jazz is meant for my girls. Or girls of my girls. If you don’t want to be confused for a bitch, don’t act like one. It’s a pretty simple philosophy I think.
