oh, johnnie. i feel you man. it’s a real problem when your woman doesn’t love you anymore, particularly if that’s the only issue. she smells good, she keeps her hair combed, she can recite 14th century poetry, and she can juggle chainsaws blindfolded. of course you do your part to demonstrate that you appreciate her and what she does for you. you give her gifts. you say nice things about her mama, you get her that platinum grill she used to ask you for when you began dating, but it isn’t enough. but something just isn’t right. she just looks at you like you’re a textbook or a spoon. it hurts, don’t it johnnie! *sigh* pass me some of that jack, johnnie. i’ve got the blues.
