Souls of Mischief- From 93 til Infinity

it seems hip hop music much more diverse commercially back in the day. you had pm dawn, del the funky homosapien, the jungle brothers, de la soul, and digable planets alongside notorious b.i.g., nas, wu-tang, mobb deep, and others. i don’t claim to be a hip hop historian, but it certainly seems this song or songs by many of the artists in that first list wouldn’t get as much airtime. i’ve said that before, and it still feels true. perhaps i’m being too cynical. or i’m just wrong. who knows? but, the song is what’s important, and it’s a good one. maybe we can just agree about that. enjoy.
