jay electronica has a huge internet buzz right now. despite that, i think he’s more famous for being with erykah badu than for his music. that’s unfortunate because this guy is great. he is not only a talented writer, but is a great producer as well (he produced ‘queens get the money’ for nas’ last album). so, i am adding my voice to the large chorus that is currently supporting him. i suggest you listen to everything he’s done. he’s a part of the reason i’m getting excited about hip hop again.
