Clara Hill Meets Vikter Duplaix - Paper Chase
Today I got a little stuck with a million genres, styles, and artists floating through my head. So I asked a friend and they wanted to hear some house. So house it is. This song is a real smooth deep house track from Clara Hill’s “All I Can Provide” album featuring Vikter Duplaix. I love how the drumming mixes up the basi 4 to the floor structure. Lyrically this song is as simple as can be. No deep language or poetic intracacies. But it describes the feeling you get when you realize you gotta go on the daily paper chase when you rather just be home with the person you love. I mean this song is really just an anthem for life, work, and love. Tomorrow I will give you the anthem for skipping work to have a day with your special someone.
PS - now to those of you who aren’t used to house, be patient the song will build up as the beat goes on for the first minute. This makes it easier for dj’s to mix.
