a few weeks ago i posted links to some of our most popular tags to show our newer followers the range of music we’ve posted over the years. the issue is, because i’ve been posting solo for a while, many of the songs you saw were mine. today, i want to direct you to songs a few other contributors have posted. click the links below to hear some of their favorite songs. featured artists include amy winehouse, john frusciante, passion pit, wham!, and mf doom.
we’ve posted over 1,000 songs here on dailycrack, and every so often i try to think of ways to encourage our followers and our visitors to explore our archives. below are five of our (ok, my) favorite tags. i hope you’ll visit the below links and scroll through the posts to see if you find something you like.
happy hunting and thank you for following us. and lest i forget, thank you for the submissions as well.

8daysawk asked: Hey,
I just checked out your top songs for 2010 and loved it a lot. I'm writing to tell you that i think the song "Where Will You Be" is actually song by Khari Lemuel, Yaw is featured in the song, but I don't think the full credit goes to him.
peace.
hi! first, i’m happy you enjoyed the post. second, and more importantly, yaw was identified as the artist because he was listed as such on the album ‘giles peterson presents brownswood bubblers three.’ now, that doesn’t mean you aren’t correct. khari lemuel may indeed be the original artist. it’s something i’ll look into. in the meantime, everyone can click here to visit mr. lemuel’s myspace page.
kurtizthekid asked: I would like to have a song of mine featured on your website. Is there an email address I can send it to?
dailycrack101 at gmail.com. click here for a little more information. i trust you won’t do this, but if you spam our inbox with your (presumed) awesomeness, digital ninja assassins will be dispatched to destroy your internet with shurikens.
sittingontheringsofsaturn-deact asked: You've probably answered this before, but I'm a new follower. Is there a way to save an mp3 that is posted here? If so, how?
good question. i’m sure you can download the songs somehow, but i can’t think of a way to do it offhand. besides, i hope you choose to support the artists. many of our posts provide links to the artists’ websites. you might be able to download songs there.
